Celebrate Flexibility


After teaching Modern Pilates for years, flexibility became part of my DNA. Incorporating yoga, modern dance and martial arts made me realize that there really isn't one way of teaching movement or style of exercise that is the end all to achieve good health.    

But what about flexibility of thinking? Push the range of limited negative thought patterns out of your mind until they disappear. Make your range of thinking motion your inner chi (energy) towards a wider range of soul expansion that will lead you closer to your goals.

Today I celebrate flexibility and focus my thoughts on Positivity!
